Flying Class: $90
This will be a 1-hour 15 minute class, with a maximum of 6 flyers. A group of senior athletes and coaches will create a stunt group and cycle through flyers. Athletes in this class practice air stunting, proper flying techniques and upper-level skills with trained bases.
Walkovers & Handsprings: $55
Athletes will work with trained coaches on technique, power, and be challenged with learning new walkover and handspring drills to practice. Designed to gain power and give you confidence in your skills!
Mini Tumbling: $50
This class is dedicated to athletes at the beginning of their tumbling journey. Recommended ages: 4-6
Level 1 Tumbling: $55
In this class they will be working all level 1 skills. This class will be working on the fundamentals of tumbling. The skills worked on in this class will be round off, kickovers, handstand bridge, back walkover, front walkovers.
Level 2 Tumbling: $55
In this class they will be working all level 2 skills. Must have level 1 skills to do the level 2 class. The skills worked on in this class will mainly be focused on learning a good standing back handspring. They will also be working on round off back handspring as well as back walkover back handspring.
Level 3 Tumbling: $65
In this class they will be working on all level 3 skills. Must have level 2 skills to do the level 3 class. The skills worked on in this class will be mainly focused on round off handspring tucks, aerials, standing 3 back handsprings, and jump to handspring, front tucks and all other level 3 tumbling skills
Elite Tumbling: $70
In this class they will be working on layouts and higher. You must have a strong running tuck as well as a standing tuck or close to standing tucks to be able to take this class. This class is designed for higher level athletes and will be run as a faster pace class.
Intro to Cheer: $55
Intro to cheer focuses on the development of cheerleading’s four main areas:
- Tumbling
- Stunting
- Jumping
- Motions
Athletes will experience cheerleading at its very core with each class run like a cheerleading practice.
Jump Conditioning: $55
This class focuses on strengthening the muscles used in jumping while improving height, control, and proper technique. Athletes will work on explosive power, body alignment, and safe take-off as well as landing mechanics to help increase performance and reduce risk of injury. This class is designed to build strong, more confident athletes who can execute jumps with power and precision.
